Subject: [Hcan] Baird a NO vote - URGENT response needed

We JUST heard: Congressman Baird is a current NO vote on the house health care bill. See statement from him below.

We need to move quickly on this. Despite rumors that the vote may be delayed until Monday, we need to make sure Baird knows right away that this is a bad move.

Please:

1. Get your organizational leaders to call Rep. Baird - (202) 225-3536 DC, (360) 695-6292 Vancouver, (360) 352-9768 Olympia

2. Get constituents to call in

3. We've been setting up a delegation of folks ready to deliver something to Baird's Vancouver office on Monday, and should he proceed with a no vote, that delegation will be conducting a shaming event, and we'll need turnout.
